Service Description
This service includes the careful take-down of existing hair extensions, a thorough preparation of your natural hair, and concludes with a nourishing treatment designed to promote scalp health. Add on one of our Ritual services (additional service fee) for a full reset. Ideal for clients seeking a full refresh.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all appointment cancellations or reschedules be made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients on our waitlist. Late Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. • No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. How to Cancel Please contact us by phone, text, or email to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made outside of business hours can be left as a voicemail or sent via text/email — as long as it is received at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Deposits A credit card is required to hold all appointments. Your card will not be charged unless a late cancellation or no-show fee applies. Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. Late cancellation fees may be waived at management’s discretion in cases of illness or unforeseen circumstances.
